We offer a 100% Money Back Guarantee on every purchase you make with us; if you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, please return it within 30 days for a full refund.
- You must contact us to request a return Return Authorization Number (RAN)
- Items must be returned in their original packaging, in new condition with the RAN # clearly displayed.
- Return shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the customer.
- Orders weighting over 20lbs are subject to a %10 restocking fee; original shipping costs we also be withheld from the refund amount.
- We must receive the item within 30 days of delivery.
- Refund will be issued once we have received the item via your original payment method
*If an item is used, damaged or not in the original packaging, we retain the right to refuse the refund, or issue a partial refund or store credit, at our discretion. We also retain the right to refuse acceptance of unauthorized returns and, at our discretion, to offer a store credit in place of a monetary refund.
Please inspect your merchandise carefully upon arrival & report any damaged merchandise to us immediately so that we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible and ship out a replacement product. *Damages must be reported within 36 hours of delivery.
- We require a picture of the damaged merchandise be emailed to us along with the damage information. (This is required by the carrier in order for us to file a claim.)
- The damaged item, along with any and all accompanying packaging, must be retained for 30 days and kept available for inspection by the carrier should they choose to view proof of the damage.
Defective or Missing Merchandise
We strive for quality service in every aspect of our orders and as a result, these issues rarely arise, however, in the event that a mistake is made with your order or you receive defective merchandise, please report it to us immediately and we will resolve the issue as quickly as possible. *Defective or Missing Merchandise and any errors with an order must be reported within 72 hours of delivery.
Depending on the size, weight and value of the item, we may require that you simply email a picture or pictures of the defective item for our assessment before sending out a replacement. If not, the following terms apply:
- We may require that you return the defective item. If so, we will provide you with a return shipping label.
- We must receive the damaged item with 14 days of the original dispatch date, for inspection.
- A replacement will be shipped out once we receive the damaged item.
In either case, if a replacement item is not in stock at the time, we will issue a full refund for the item.

- No PO Box addresses (physical addresses only).
- Items ship via UPS, USPS or Fedex (Freight may be used for large, very heavy orders).

We are happy to ship your order to your gift recipient!
- Simply add your gift recipients’ address to your Paypal account addresses and be sure to select the gift recipients’ address as the shipping address for the order during checkout.
